Orecchiette with cream peas
- 500 g pasta (e.g. orecchiette) span>
- salt, pepper
- 100 span> g Parmesan (piece)
- 1 onion
- 1 E L Olive oil
- 200 g whipped cream
- 300 g frozen peas li>

- Noodles in 4–5 l boiling salted water (approx Cook 1 teaspoon salt per liter according to the instructions on the packet.
- 2.
- In the meantime, grate the parmesan into fine chips. Peel onion and chop finely. Heat oil in a pot. Steam the onion until translucent.
- 3.
- Drain the pasta and collect approx. 1⁄8 l of the pasta water. Put the pasta back in the pot.
- 4.
- Pour the cream and pasta water over the onion. Add the frozen peas and parsley, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the pea sauce and parmesan well with the pasta.

- Season again with salt and pepper.
