1.
For the cream, roughly chop the chocolate and nougat. Put the cream in a saucepan, add the nougat and chocolate and melt over low heat while stirring (must not boil). Then fill into 2 clean, fat-free mixing bowls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Roast 75 g walnuts in a pan without fat, then chop finely. Wash 1 untreated orange, rub dry and rub the peel thinly. Peel 6 oranges (including the grated orange) so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife from between the separating skins. Mix the fat, vanilla sugar and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the dough alternately with the milk. Stir the walnuts under half and spread them on the greased drip pan of the oven (32 x 39 cm). Stir in the other half of the orange peel and orange liqueur and spread on the light dough. Pat the orange fillets dry and spread them on the dough. Bake the cake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / fan: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for 25-35 minutes. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down. Soak the gelatine in cold water. As soon as the cake is cold, whip the nougat cream with the whisk of the hand mixer (almost stiff). Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in a small saucepan. Stir in 4 tablespoons of cream, then stir into the cream. Spread the cream on the cake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Roll out the marzipan thinly and rectangularly (approx. 32 x 39 cm) on a work surface dusted with powdered sugar. Halve the marzipan plate if necessary and place on the cream. Wash 2 small oranges, rub dry and cut into thin slices. Carefully cut the cake into 32 pieces and addDecorate orange slices and walnut halves
