Nettle and tomato salad

  • 1 (30 g ) small red onion
  • 1 (100 g) tomato
  • 3 half walnut kernels
  • 1 tablespoons (10 g) white wine vinegar
  • 1 EL (10 g) Oil
  • Salt

Wash the nettles, pluck the leaves from the stems. Peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Wash the tomato, rub dry, cut in half, remove the seeds. Cut the pulp into small cubes. Roughly chop the walnuts. Mix vinegar, 1 tablespoon of water and oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Mix everything and arrange on a plate
