Nata Dulce

For 3 chugs or 1 cocktail
  • 6 cl Tequila añejo 100% agave
  • 3 cl Coffee liqueur
  • 2 cl Hazelnut liqueur
  • 10–15 ice cubes
  • 3 TL Hazelnut brittle
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 1 (approx. 600 ml) mixing glass

Pour tequila, coffee liqueur and hazelnut liqueur into a mixing glass (or into a large, sturdy glass) with ice cubes and with Mix well with a bar spoon. Spread Tequilamix straight (without ice) between three small glasses (each with at least 4 cl content) or fill completely into a cocktail glass.

Chop the hazelnut brittle a little more finely. In a tall mixing beaker, whip the whipped cream until it is semi-stiff using the whisk of the mixer. Spread the whipped cream and brittle on the chugs or top the cocktail with it completely.
