Mocha Amaretto Cup

For 4 people
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 2 EL (40 g) Cornstarch
  • 4 EL Sugar
  • 1/2 l milk
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 2 EL soluble espresso or coffee powder
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 EL Amaretto liqueur
  • 1 Bar mocha cream or whole milk chocolate

Separate egg. Beat egg yolks, starch, sugar and 4 tablespoons milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk, salt and espresso powder to the boil while stirring. Take the pot off the stove. Stir in the starch and bring to the boil again. Let the pudding cool down a little while stirring occasionally

In the meantime, whip the egg white until stiff and stir it into the lukewarm mocka pudding. Divide between 4 dessert glasses and let set in the refrigerator for approx. 2 hours

Whip the cream and vanilla sugar until semi-hard. Subject liqueur. Spread the cream on the cups as a hood. From the chocolate, e.g. B. peel off the roll with a peeler and sprinkle over it
