Minced pizza

  • 600 g Tomatoes

  • 2 bottle (250 ml) chili sauce
  • 100 g Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 EL Crème fraîche
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 150 g grated Gouda cheese

Soak bread in cold water. Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Wash the basil and oregano, pat dry, set aside some for garnish, finely chop the rest. Squeeze out the bread slices well, knead well with the minced meat, eggs, tomato paste, onions, garlic and herbs. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Lightly oil the drip pan (approx. 32 x 36 cm) of the oven and press the mince to an even base. In the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) approx. 15Pre-bake minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the peppers and cut into pieces. Wash, clean and slice tomatoes. Peel the vegetable onion and cut into fine rings. Drain the corn. Mix the chilli sauce, ketchup, crème fraîche and oil. Take the prebaked minced meat out of the oven, spread about 1/3 of the sauce on the base. Place the tomato slices on top, spread the peppers, onions and corn on top. Put the rest of the sauce on top in blobs and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at the same temperature for about 30 minutes. Serve garnished with basil
