Milkshake with pineapple, banana and coconut
- 100 g fresh pineapple pulp li>
- 1/2 small banana
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 EL Desiccated coconut li>
- Pineapple wedge and mint

- Cut the pineapple very finely. Peel and chop the banana. Put the milk, pineapple and banana in a blender and puree.
- 2.
- Roast the desiccated coconut in a pan without fat, remove. Pour the milkshake into a glass, sprinkle desiccated coconut on top. Decorate the glass with a pineapple wedge and mint.
