Melon skewers
- 1 small Charantais melon li>
- 1/2 Honeydew melon
- 100 g Parma ham
- 1-2 stem (s) Sage
- 2 EL Balsamic vinegar
- 4 EL raspberry vinegar span>

- Pepper

- 50 g black olives

- Core the melons. Cut out balls from the pulp with a ball cutter. Put melon balls and Parma ham on skewers. Pluck the sage leaves from the stalks and cut into fine strips, except for a few leaves for garnish.

- Mix the vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Beat in the oil. Add the sage strips and olives. Pour the vinaigrette over the skewers and let it steep for a moment. Serve garnished with sage leaves.
