Melon skewers

For 4 people
  • 1 small Charantais melon
  • 1/2 Honeydew melon
  • 100 g Parma ham
  • 1-2 stem (s) Sage
  • 2 EL Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 EL raspberry vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 4 EL Oil
  • 50 g black olives
  • wooden skewers

Core the melons. Cut out balls from the pulp with a ball cutter. Put melon balls and Parma ham on skewers. Pluck the sage leaves from the stalks and cut into fine strips, except for a few leaves for garnish.

Mix the vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Beat in the oil. Add the sage strips and olives. Pour the vinaigrette over the skewers and let it steep for a moment. Serve garnished with sage leaves.

Baguette tastes good with it.
