Melon and coconut smoothie
- 2 EL lemon juice
- 2 EL span> Desiccated coconut
- 1 jar (s) (580 ml) pineapple pieces
- 400 g Honeydew melon li>
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 250 g Skimmed-milk yogurt

- Dip the rims of the glass in lemon juice first, then in desiccated coconut. Drain the pineapple. Peel and core the melon and cut into pieces. Puree the fruits, coconut milk and yogurt in a blender. Serve deliciously frothed, decorated with pineapple greens
