Meatballs with pistachios, mint and ginger

For 4 pieces
  • 30 g pistachio kernels
  • 4 stem (e ) Mint
  • 30 g fresh ginger
  • 1 onion
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg (size M)
  • 4 EL breadcrumbs
  • 4 EL Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 EL Sunflower oil

Chop the pistachios, put something aside for garnish. Wash the mint, shake dry. Except for something to garnish, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop. ## Peel the ginger ## and cut into very thin strips, put something aside for garnish.

Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Knead the mince, egg, diced onion, breadcrumbs, milk, pistachios, ginger and ## mint ##. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs over a medium heat, turning for about 10 minutes. Serve and garnish with ginger, ## pistachios ## and mint.
