Marshmallow Confectionery (Fudge)

  • 100 g Marshmallows
  • 150 g Macadamia nuts
  • 400 g Dark chocolate couverture
  • 1 Pack (200 g) solid nut nougat mass
  • 125 g Butter

Cut the marshmallows into pieces. Chop the nuts and couverture separately. Melt the couverture, nougat and butter while stirring in a bowl over a warm water bath. Fold in the nuts and marshmallows. Line a mold (25 x 15 cm) with cling film. Pour in the couverture mixture. Cover a little with a spoon Spread evenly. Chill for about 2 hours until the chocolate has set. Remove the chocolate from the mold, peel off the foil and cut the chocolate into 15 cubes (approx. 5 x 5 cm). Store the cubes in a cool place until ready to use
