Marinated berries with crispy flakes

For 4 people
  • 4 EL hearty oatmeal
  • 2 EL sugar (e.g. B. brown)
  • Oil
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 400 g mixed berries (e.g. B. blueberries,
  • raspberries , Blackberries and red currants)
  • 2 ripe nectarines
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • juice of 1 lime or Lemon
  • 300 g Curd milk
  • aluminum foil

Briefly toast the oat flakes in a pan without fat. Sprinkle with sugar and caramelize lightly. Spread immediately on a piece of aluminum foil lightly coated with oil. Let cool down

Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Sort and wash the rest of the berries, strip the currants from the panicles. Wash the nectarines, cut in half, stone and cut into thin wedges. Mix the honey and lime juice. Drizzle the marinade over the fruit and let it steep for about 30 minutes

Serve the marinated fruit and curdled milk. Roughly crumble the crispy flakes over it
