Mango and kiwi jam
- 2 span> Kiwis
- 100 span> g Mango pulp
- 1 pack (200 g) Preserving sugar; without cooking
- juice from 1 Lime

- Peel kiwi, 100 g F Weigh the pulp and cut into small pieces. Chop the mango too. Put the preserving sugar and lime juice in a tall mixing beaker, puree everything for approx. 45 seconds. Pour the fruit jam into clean glasses and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. (Shelf life approx. 14 days)
