Spread the biscuits on 2-3 baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake one after the other in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 8 minutes. Let the cookies cool down. Sift powdered sugar into a bowl. Mix the powdered sugar and juice together to form a thick glaze. Halve the casting and color one half red. Brush the mushrooms with the icing and let them dry for about 30 minutes
