Leek and ham noodles
- 75 g Leeks li>
- 1/2 Sc hot (approx. 15 g) cooked ham
- 50 g ribbon noodles
- Salt
- 1 TL Oil
- 75 g reduced-fat cooking cream (15% fat i. Tr.)

- 2 Walnut kernel halves ul>

- Cut the leek lengthways, wash and cut into rings. Cut the ham into strips

- Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package. Heat oil in a pot. Sauté the leek in it for 3–4 minutes, then add the ham. After about 1 minute, deglaze with cream and simmer gently for about 3 minutes. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.

- Roughly chop the walnuts. Drain the pasta. Mix the pasta and sauce and serve. Scatter walnuts on top
