Juicy American burgers

For 10 pieces
  • 1 Glass (370 ml)
  • Danish cucumber salad
  • 2 red onions
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 10 Salad leaves
  • 1 kg Ground beef
  • 1 1⁄2 level teaspoons of salt
  • 1 1⁄2 level teaspoons of pepper
  • BBQ sauce
  • 10 Hamburger buns with sesame
  • 10 EL Salad mayonnaise

Drain the cucumber. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. Wash and slice tomatoes. Clean, wash and shake the lettuce.

Season the mince with salt and pepper. Divide into 10 portions and shape into flat steaks (possibly in an oiled burger shaper; approx. 11 cm Ø).

Grill the steaks for 3–4 minutes on each side.

Just before the end, brush the minced steaks with a little BBQ sauce. Halve the bread roll, place the cut surfaces on the grill and roast briefly. Then brush with mayonnaise and fill with lettuce, minced meat, onions, cucumber, tomatoes and BBQ sauce.
