- 18 cl elderflower syrup
- 375 ml Sparkling wine (dry)
- 375 ml mineral water
- 2 Limes (organic)
- 4-6 stems fresh mint span>

- Per glass 2- Put 3 ice cubes in a balloon glass (red or white wine glass). Add 3 cl elderflower syrup and fill up with 6 cl sparkling wine and mineral water each. Stir carefully.
- 2.
- Wash the limes with hot, dry and cut into thin slices. Wash the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves off. Add 2–3 lime slices and a few mint leaves to each glass and serve immediately.
