For 6 glasses
  • ice cubes
  • 18 cl elderflower syrup
  • 375 ml Sparkling wine (dry)
  • 375 ml mineral water
  • 2 Limes (organic)
  • 4-6 stems fresh mint

Per glass 2- Put 3 ice cubes in a balloon glass (red or white wine glass). Add 3 cl elderflower syrup and fill up with 6 cl sparkling wine and mineral water each. Stir carefully.
2.
Wash the limes with hot, dry and cut into thin slices. Wash the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves off. Add 2–3 lime slices and a few mint leaves to each glass and serve immediately.
