Hearty farmer's breakfast

For 2 people
  • 600 g waxy potatoes
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 50 g smoked streaky bacon
  • 1 EL (20 g) Clarified butter
  • Salt, white pepper
  • 5 eggs, 5-6 tbsp milk
