Hazelnut shake

For 2 glasses

  • 3 EL Lemon juice
  • 1 Peach
  • 200 ml clear apple juice
  • 100 ml peach juice
  • 1 EL chopped hazelnuts

Wash 1 apple, cut in half , cut some wafer-thin slices to decorate. Drizzle the slices with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and set aside. Quarter, core and peel the rest of the apples. Cut the pulp into small pieces, put in the blender, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Halve the peach, remove the stone. Peel the halves Pour the peach pulp, apple and peach juice and hazelnuts into the blender and puree. Put apple slices on skewers. Decorate glasses with them
