'Hawaii' schnitzel with pineapple, ham and Gouda cheese

  • 1/2 (approx. 500 g) Pineapple
  • 4 EL Oil
  • 5 slices Gouda cheese (approx. 30 g )
  • 1/2 Bund Chives
  • Salt

Dice the ham. Peel the pineapple, remove the woody stalk. Cut the pineapple into cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the ham in it, turning, for about 5 minutes. Add the pineapple about 2 minutes before the end and fry with it. Remove and let cool down

Cut cheese into strips. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into rolls. Mix the cheese, ham, pineapple and chives together. Season to taste with salt, pepper and vinegar. Pat the meat dry, season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan. Fry the meat in it, turning, for about 6 minutes. Arrange meat and salad on plates
