Hawaii pasta salad

For 5 4-6 people
  • 300 g croissant noodles
  • Salt
  • 600 g fresh pineapple
  • 5-6 EL Olive oil
  • 1 EL brown sugar
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 (150 g) mini mozzarella cup
  • 2 EL lemon juice
  • 2 EL Wine vinegar
  • 1 EL honey
  • pepper
  • 1 small potty chervil
  • pink berries

Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel the pineapple and cut into slices approx. 1/2 cm thick. Cut out the woody stalk. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry the pineapple in it, turning, sprinkle with sugar. Cut the ham into pieces. Drain the mozzarella. Mix together lemon juice, vinegar and honey, fold in 4-5 tablespoons of oil. WithSeason salt and pepper. Mix the pasta, pineapple, ham and mozzarella together. Fold in the vinaigrette. Let the salad stand for about 30 minutes. Wash the chervil, pluck the leaves from the stems. Just before serving, fold in the chervil and sprinkle with pink berries
