'Hawaii' pancakes

For 4 pieces
  • 5 eggs (size M)
  • Salt
  • 225 g flour
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 12 slices Pineapple (approx. 25 g each; Can)
  • 8 slices Gouda cheese (approx. 25 g each)
  • 4 slices cooked ham (approx. 45 g each)
  • 1 Bund Chives
  • Cocktail cherries
  • Oil

Beat the eggs and some salt with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in flour, then milk. Let the dough soak for approx. 15 minutes

Let the pineapple slices drain well. Halve the cheese slices. Brush a pan (approx. 20 cm Ø) with oil and add approx. 1/4 of the batter to the pan. Bake the pancakes for approx. 2-3 minutes, turn them and top with 1 slice of ham, 3 pineapple slices and 4 cheese slices. Put the lid on and bake until the cheese has melted. Process and cover the rest of the dough in the same way

Wash the chives, pat dry and cut into rolls. Sprinkle the pancakes with chives. Possibly. Garnish with cocktail cherries
