Hack & vegetables with dip

For 1 person
  • 80 g Beefsteakhack (Tatar)
  • 1 TL (10 g) Lean quark
  • Salt, white pepper
  • 1/2 TL Oil, some parsley
  • 150 g Skimmed-milk yogurt
  • 1/2 TL grainy mustard
  • 300 g Vegetables (cucumber, cabbage
  • rabi, radish, cherry tomatoes)
  • 2 (approx. 30 g) Schwedenbröd

Knead the mince and quark, season. Shape 2-3 rolls, fry in hot oil

Wash parsley, chop. Mix with yoghurt and mustard, season. Clean, wash and cut the vegetables into pieces. Serve everything. Eat Swedish bread with it
