Hack & vegetables with dip
- 80 g Beefsteakhack (Tatar) li>
- 1 TL (10 g) Lean quark
- Salt, white pepper
- 1/2 TL Oil, some parsley
- 150 g Skimmed-milk yogurt
- 1/2 TL grainy mustard
- 300 g Vegetables (cucumber, cabbage
- rabi, radish, cherry tomatoes) li>
- 2 (approx. 30 g) span> Schwedenbröd

- 1.
- Knead the mince and quark, season. Shape 2-3 rolls, fry in hot oil
- 2.
- Wash parsley, chop. Mix with yoghurt and mustard, season. Clean, wash and cut the vegetables into pieces. Serve everything. Eat Swedish bread with it
