Wash the cucumber thoroughly, rub dry, cut off the ends. Cut the cucumber into very thin slices. Season the vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar Fold in 2 tablespoons of oil and mix with the cucumber.
2.
Set aside. Soak bread in cold water. Peel the onion and dice very finely. Drain the mozzarella, first in Cut slices, then dice finely. Squeeze out the bread. Put the bread, egg, mince, onions, mustard, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper in a bowl and knead.
3.
Carefully knead in the mozzarella. Form 12 balls from the mince. Spread the fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for 20–24 minutes.
4.
Turn the fries halfway through the baking time. In the meantime, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the meatballs over a medium heat for 15-17 minutes, turning them several times. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into 4 rectangles.

Take the french fries out of the oven and season with salt. Take the meatballs out of the pan and let them drain briefly on kitchen paper. Arrange the salad, 3 meatballs each and 1 red and yellow pepper rectangle (red and yellow card) on a plate.
6.
Add extra fries. Ketchup tastes good with it.
