Gyros with fries in a doner bag

Pat the meat dry and cut into strips. Put in a bowl. Peel and cut the onion. Mix the meat with the gyros spice, onion and oil and chill. Spread the fries on a baking sheet. Cook in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes, turning after 12 minutes. Peel the carrot, wash and roughlyrasps. Fold into the coleslaw. Heat a pan. Fry the gyros for 5-7 minutes while turning. In the meantime, wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Season the yogurt with salt and pepper, stir in the chives.
