Green pesto with ribbon noodles

  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1 B and (approx. 75 g) basil
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • 20 g Parmesan cheese
  • 75 ml mild olive oil
  • Salt
  • 400 g broad ribbon noodles

Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces. Wash the basil and shake dry. Roast pine nuts in a pan without fat, remove. Grate the parmesan. Puree the basil, garlic and oil with a hand blender.

Add pine nuts and parmesan, puree again and season with salt. Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the pasta and mix with the pesto. Arrange the pasta and garnish with basil and pine nuts.
