Greek bean mince pan

For 4 people
  • 400 g French beans
  • Salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 EL Oil
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • pepper
  • Rose paprika

  • 150 g black olives (with stone)

Clean the beans, wash them and blanch them in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, then under cold water Quench water. Peel onion and chop finely. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the onion and mince for 4-5 minutes and season with salt, pepper and paprika.

Add tomatoes and 5 tablespoons of water and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Halve the beans. Wash the herbs and roughly chop the leaves, except for 2 stalks of thyme. Add the herbs, beans and olives to the mince.

Crumble the sheep's cheese and add just before serving. It also tastes goodLoaf.
