Preparation time: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the beef and pork fillet vigorously in it. Place the meat on the oven pan. Roast pork fillet for approx. 10 minutes, beef fillet for approx. 20 minutes in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / gas: level 3).

Peel, wash and halve the potatoes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the potatoes in it for about 15 minutes. Clean the mushrooms, wash them if necessary, cut them in half and add to the potatoes 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

Season with salt and pepper. Put the beans in boiling salted water, cook for about 7 minutes and pour onto a sieve. Season the meat with salt and pepper and cut into slices. Put everything in a large ovenproof dish.

Spread the cheese in small pieces over it. Bake in the oven at the same temperature until the cheese begins to melt. Serve sprinkled with parsley and garnished.
