- Preparation time: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the beef and pork fillet vigorously in it. Place the meat on the oven pan. Roast pork fillet for approx. 10 minutes, beef fillet for approx. 20 minutes in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / gas: level 3).

- Peel, wash and halve the potatoes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the potatoes in it for about 15 minutes. Clean the mushrooms, wash them if necessary, cut them in half and add to the potatoes 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

- Season with salt and pepper. Put the beans in boiling salted water, cook for about 7 minutes and pour onto a sieve. Season the meat with salt and pepper and cut into slices. Put everything in a large ovenproof dish.
