Grape honey wine
Ingredients
- 500 ml White wine
- 250 ml white grape juice
- 1 teaspoon each of anise and fennel seeds
- 16 black peppercorns
- 5 Cloves
- 1
cinnamon stick - 150 g strong honey
- 2-3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Preparation
- Put the white wine and grape juice in a saucepan and add 300 ml of water. Add the spices and cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat, then simmer for another 15 minutes.
- Stir the honey into the saucepan and stir for so long until it has completely dissolved. Season to taste with lemon juice and then divide through a sieve into mugs or large heat-resistant glasses.
