Fruity kohlrabi salad

For 4 people
  • 2 Kohlrabis (approx. 300 g)
  • 2 red apples (e.g. B. Delicious)
  • 2 EL lemon juice
  • 1 Bund Radishes
  • 8 EL whipped cream
  • salt
  • Sugar
  • white pepper
  • 1/2 Bunch Dill
  • 1 stem lemon balm
  • Dill and apple wedges

Peel and roughly grate the kohlrabi. Wash the apples, cut them in half, remove the core. Roughly grate the apple halves and drizzle with lemon juice. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Mix the cream and 4 tablespoons of water. Season to taste with salt, sugar and pepper. Wash the dill, pat dry and finely chop. Wash lemon balm, pat dry, pluck the leaves and cut into strips. Mix the radish slices and the grated kohlrabi and apple with the cream sauce. Fold in the dill and lemon balm. Arrange the salad on plates. Serve garnished with apple wedges and dill
