Fruit salad with curd sauce

For 4 people
  • 2 Kiwis (approx. 150 g)
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1 jar (s) (446 ml; Abtr. Weight: 260 g) Pineapple in pieces
  • 1 Can (s) (315 ml; div. weight: 175 g) Mandarin oranges
  • 2 EL lemon juice
  • 2 EL liquid honey
  • 250 g Quark (20% fat)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 Parcel Vanillin sugar
  • Mint leaves

Peel the kiwi fruit, cut in half lengthways and cut into slices. Clean, wash and quarter the strawberries. Drain the pineapple and mandarins. Mix the fruit with the lemon juice and honey. Approx. Marinate for 10 minutes. Mix the quark, milk and vanilla sugar together. Serve fruit. Spread the quark sauce on top. Pour the marinade over it and pull it through with a wooden skewer. Garnish with mint
