Fruit cocktail with mascarpone chocolate foam
- 1 Orange
- 60 g light and dark, seedless grapes
- 1 small apple
- 1 small banana
- 2–3 EL Orange liqueur
- 2 TL sugar span>
- 50 g span> lactose-free chocolate
- 75 g lactose-free whipped cream
- 150 g lactose-free mascarpone
- span> pulp of 1/2 vanilla pod

- Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife from between the separating skins. Squeeze the juice from the separators into a bowl.

- Wash grapes and cut in half. Wash the apple, cut in half, remove the stones. Cut the apple halves into small pieces. Peel and slice the banana. Mix the fruit with the orange liqueur and 1 teaspoon sugar.

- Melt the chocolate over a warm water bath, let it cool down lukewarm. Fill the fruit salad into 4 glasses. Whip the cream until semi-stiff. Mix the mascarpone, vanilla pulp and 1 teaspoon sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer.

- Fold in the cream. Streak the liquid chocolate under the mascarpone cream and immediately pour it into the glasses on the fruit salad.
