Fried schnitzel strips and flatbread with yogurt sauce

For 4 people
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 250 g Greek cream yoghurt (10% fat)
  • Salt
  • Cardamom
  • 1-2 TL lemon juice
  • 600 g Broccoli
  • 2 (à 75 g) thin flatbreads
  • 400 g pork schnitzel
  • 3 EL Olive oil
  • Pepper

Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Season the yogurt with salt, garlic, cardamom and lemon juice. Cut the broccoli into florets from the stem and wash. Tear bread into small pieces.

Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Heat the oil, add the meat and fry for about 10 minutes, turning. After 3 minutes, add the broccoli and bread. Season with salt and pepper.

Add 100 ml of water 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time and bring to the boil. Serve on plates with yoghurt.
