Fried schnitzel strips and flatbread with yogurt sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- 250 g span> Greek cream yoghurt (10% fat)
- Salt
- Cardamom
- 1-2 TL lemon juice
- 600 g Broccoli
- 2 (à 75 g) thin flatbreads

- Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Season the yogurt with salt, garlic, cardamom and lemon juice. Cut the broccoli into florets from the stem and wash. Tear bread into small pieces.

- Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Heat the oil, add the meat and fry for about 10 minutes, turning. After 3 minutes, add the broccoli and bread. Season with salt and pepper.

- Add 100 ml of water 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time and bring to the boil. Serve on plates with yoghurt.
