Fried potatoes with meatballs

For 2 people
  • 1 slice toasted bread
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g pork meat
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Pepper
  • Noble sweet paprika
  • 3 EL Oil
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 200 g Broccoli
  • Salt
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1/2 Bunch Radishes
  • 125 g Sour Cream
  • 30 g dried tomatoes

Soak the bread in cold water. Peel onion and chop finely. MettKnead the pressed bread, onion and egg yolk. Season with pepper and paprika

Turn the dough into small balls. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan. Fry the meatballs in it over a medium heat for 10 minutes, turning every now and then. Remove. Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Add the remaining oil to the frying fat. Fry the potatoes in it for about 20 minutes. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into small florets, add to the potatoes and fry for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the meatballs to the potatoes and heat them briefly. Clean and wash the spring onions and radishes. Cut the spring onions into thin rings and the radishes into fine sticks. Stir both into the sour cream. Chop the tomatoes and sprinkle them over the potatoes. Serve the potatoes together with the sour cream
