fresh fruit salad

  • 1 lemon
  • 1-2 EL Brandy
  • 3 EL Sugar
  • 3 medium-sized bananas
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 3 Kiwis
  • 250 g Blackberries
  • 6 EL Apple juice
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar

Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Mix together lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of water, possibly brandy and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Peel and slice the bananas and let them steep in the marinade.

Read the raspberries. Peel, halve and slice the kiwi fruit. Mix all prepared fruits. Sort the blackberries, wash them and puree them in the apple juice. Stir in the vanillin sugar and remaining sugar.
3.
Arrange the fruit salad in bowls. Add blackberry sauce.
