Foam omelette with strawberries
- 1 egg
- 1/2 TL Butter
- 150 g Strawberries
- 1 TL chopped
- Pistachio kernels

- 2 EL ready-to-spray cream (15% fat)

- separate egg. Beat the egg whites until stiff, fold in the yolks. Heat the butter in a small pan and add the egg mixture, smooth out and bake with the lid on low heat for 20 minutes.

- Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Arrange the omelette and strawberries on a plate and sprinkle with the pistachios and sprinkle sweetness. Spray on the cream.
