Foam omelette with strawberries

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 TL Butter
  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 1 TL chopped
  • Pistachio kernels
  • sprinkle sweetness
  • 2 EL ready-to-spray cream (15% fat)

separate egg. Beat the egg whites until stiff, fold in the yolks. Heat the butter in a small pan and add the egg mixture, smooth out and bake with the lid on low heat for 20 minutes.

Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Arrange the omelette and strawberries on a plate and sprinkle with the pistachios and sprinkle sweetness. Spray on the cream.
