Flatbread pizza four times different: with curry cream, pineapple, spring onions, poultry slices and mountain cheese

- Mix the curry, cream cheese and milk into a thick, smooth cream, season with a little salt. Peel the pineapple, cut out the hard core and cut the flesh into slices. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut diagonally into thin rings.

- Put some rings aside for sprinkling. Halve the slices of meat. Brush flatbread with curry cream, top with spring onions, poultry slices and pineapple. Grate cheese and sprinkle over it.

- Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 225 ° C / fan oven: 200 ° C / gas: level 4) for 7-10 minutes. Remove the pizza, cut it into pieces, garnish with chervil if necessary and sprinkle with the rest of the spring onions, paprika powder or pepper.
