Mix the curry, cream cheese and milk into a thick, smooth cream, season with a little salt. Peel the pineapple, cut out the hard core and cut the flesh into slices. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut diagonally into thin rings.

Put some rings aside for sprinkling. Halve the slices of meat. Brush flatbread with curry cream, top with spring onions, poultry slices and pineapple. Grate cheese and sprinkle over it.

Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 225 ° C / fan oven: 200 ° C / gas: level 4) for 7-10 minutes. Remove the pizza, cut it into pieces, garnish with chervil if necessary and sprinkle with the rest of the spring onions, paprika powder or pepper.
