Filled crepes

For 4 people
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 EL flour
  • 3 EL melted butter or margarine
  • 2 EL Sugar
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 3 EL Milk
  • 1 EL Oil
  • 1 (360 g) small glass of apple sauce
  • 4 EL Calvados (alternatively brandy)
  • 1 tbsp almond flakes
  • 1 TL Cinnamon

Eggs, flour, fat, 1 tablespoon Sugar and S Stir alz. Gradually pour in the milk. Let the dough swell for about 1/2 hour. Brush a coated small pan with oil and heat.

Bake 4 crepes one after the other from the dough, keep warm. Mix together applesauce and calvados. Fill the crepes with it and fold them up. Roast the almonds in a dry pan. Mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle with the almonds over the crepes.
