Filled crepes
- 2 eggs
- 5 EL flour
- 3 EL melted butter or margarine
- 2 EL Sugar
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 3 EL Milk
- 1 EL Oil li>

1 (360 g) small glass of apple sauce - 4 EL span> Calvados (alternatively brandy)
- 1 tbsp almond flakes
- 1 TL Cinnamon

- Eggs, flour, fat, 1 tablespoon Sugar and S Stir alz. Gradually pour in the milk. Let the dough swell for about 1/2 hour. Brush a coated small pan with oil and heat.

- Bake 4 crepes one after the other from the dough, keep warm. Mix together applesauce and calvados. Fill the crepes with it and fold them up. Roast the almonds in a dry pan. Mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle with the almonds over the crepes.
