Fiery minced steak with pineapple and spring onions

  • 1 small onion
  • 80 g Minced beefsteak

  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 2 TL Oil
  • 1 EL Chili sauce
  • Parsley

Peel the onion and dice it finely. Knead the beef steak mince, onion, egg yolk, salt and pepper. Shape the dough into a flat steak. Drain the pineapple and cut into pieces. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into pieces approx. 3 cm long.

Wash the chilli, cut lengthways, remove the seeds and cut the pod into thin rings. Heat the oil in a grill pan and fry the steak on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Add the pineapple, spring onions and chilli to the pan and fry briefly.

Put the chili sauce on the steak and serve garnished with parsley.
