Fiery minced steak with pineapple and spring onions
- 1 small onion
- 80 g spa n> Minced beefsteak
- 1 egg yolk

- Peel the onion and dice it finely. Knead the beef steak mince, onion, egg yolk, salt and pepper. Shape the dough into a flat steak. Drain the pineapple and cut into pieces. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into pieces approx. 3 cm long.

- Wash the chilli, cut lengthways, remove the seeds and cut the pod into thin rings. Heat the oil in a grill pan and fry the steak on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Add the pineapple, spring onions and chilli to the pan and fry briefly.

- Put the chili sauce on the steak and serve garnished with parsley.
