Farmer's salad with fried feta

For 4 people
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 1 (size M) Ei
  • 4 EL flour
  • 8 EL breadcrumbs
  • 1 romaine lettuce heart
  • 1 cucumber
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 1 Bund Parsley
  • 200 g Kalamata olives
  • 200 g Pepperoni (glass)
  • 100 ml + 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4–6 EL Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cheese in approx. 1.5 cm thick stripsto cut. Whisk the egg in a deep plate. Turn the strips one after the other in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs

Clean the romaine lettuce, wash and cut into strips. Wash and clean the cucumber, quarter lengthways and cut into slices. Wash, clean and slice tomatoes. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop. Mix the prepared ingredients, olives and peppers in a large bowl

Heat 100 ml oil in a pan and fry the cheese in it for about 5 minutes, turning. Marinate the salad with lemon, 4 tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper. Arrange the finished cheese sticks and salad
