Double Chocolate Cookies

  • 125 g soft butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 Package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 Egg (size M)
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 TL Baking powder
  • 1 EL Cocoa powder
  • 100 g Whole milk chocolate

Chop 150 g dark chocolate and melt over a warm water bath. Beat the butter, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Stir in the egg.

Stir in the melted chocolate. Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa, stir into the butter and chocolate mixture. Roughly chop 100 g of dark and whole milk chocolate and fold into the batter. Line 4 baking sheets with parchment paper.
