Devil's turkey
- 1 small red and yellow peppers li>
- 100 g small green pickled peppers
- 4 Turkey schnitzel (approx. 100 g each)
- Salt
- 1– 2 EL Oil

- 125 g Gouda cheese

- Quarter the peppers, clean, wash and cut into strips. Cut the peppers into rings, except for 4 pieces. Halve the schnitzel and tap a little flatter if necessary. Season with salt. Heat oil in a pan.

- Fry the schnitzel in portions for 3–4 minutes while turning. Remove and season with cayenne pepper. Grate cheese. Toast toast light brown. Place 2 schnitzels on each toast, then spread the paprika and pepper rings on top.

- Sprinkle with cheese and bake under the hot grill for 5–8 minutes until golden brown. Garnish the toasts with a pepperoni.
