Cucumber and yogurt soup
- 1/2 Cucumber (approx. 250 g )

- 2 tablespoons (30 g) corn kernels
- 250 g skimmed-milk yogurt span>

- 40 g Kasseler cold cuts
- 1 slice Wholemeal toasted bread
- 1 TL (5 g) Oil
- 1/2 Bundle Chives

- Clean and wash vegetables. Grate the cucumber. Cut the radishes into sticks. Drain the corn. Season to taste and fold in everything
- 2.
- Cut smoked pork into strips. Dice the toast and fry it in the hot oil until golden brown. Wash and finely chop the chives. Sprinkle everything over the soup
