Crunchy onion skewers

For 4 people
  • 1/2 Bund or
  • 1 packet frozen parsley
  • 100 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 150 g Whole milk yogurt
  • 1 TL medium hot mustard
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • salt, white pepper
  • 100 ml Beer
  • 2 eggs, 100 g flour (size M)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4-5 medium-sized onions
  • 1 l Oil for deep-frying

Wash the parsley and chop finely. Mix with mayonnaise, yogurt and mustard. Peel the garlic and press it directly into the dip through the garlic press. Season to taste with salt and pepper

Whisk the beer and eggs.Stir in the flour and cheese. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Put 1-2 columns in each case on 1 wooden skewer
