Corn salad pesto

  • 75 g lamb's lettuce
  • 20 g Skinless almond kernels
  • 20 g Walnut kernel halves
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 15 g Parmesan cheese
  • 75 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Clean the lamb's lettuce and wash it very thoroughly. Lightly toast the almonds and walnuts in a pan without fat. Peel the garlic. Puree the salad, garlic, nuts, parmesan and oil and season with salt and pepper
