- Preheat the oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: see manufacturer). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

- Mix the butter, sugar, 1 pinch of salt and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the mixer until creamy. Stir in the egg.

- Mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the butter, sugar and egg mixture. With a tablespoon, place 9 piles of dough with a little space between them on the baking sheets - they will spread apart during baking.

- Bake the cookies one after the other in the hot oven on the middle rack for about 10 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the center is still a little soft.

- Let the cookies cool down briefly on the baking tray, then pull them off the baking tray with the paper and let them cool on a wire rack.
