Colorful salad with curry dressing

For 4 people
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce (approx. 400 g)
  • 5 (approx. 250 g) thicker slices of young Gouda cheese
  • 5 (approx. 200 g) thin slices of cooked ham
  • 1 can (s) (314 ml) Mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 (150 g) Package of frozen peas
  • 100 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 150 g Whole milk yogurt
  • 1 EL Lemon juice
  • 1 TL Curry
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • some parsley leaves

Clean the lettuce, cut into strips and wash. Prick small flowers out of the cheese with a cookie cutter. Roll up the ham slices individually and cut into small snails. Drain the mandarin oranges, catching the juice.

Spread the peas on a tray and let thaw for 20-30 minutes. Mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice. Season with curry, salt and pepper. Mix the salad ingredients together. Pour dressing over it. Arrange in salad bowls and garnish with parsley leaves.
