Colorful pasta salad with yogurt sauce

For 4 people
  • 250 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • salt, white pepper
  • 1/2 head of lollo bianco or lettuce
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce, 2 chicory
  • 3 oranges
  • 75 g low-fat semi-hard cheese (e.g. B. Cantenaar;
  • 30% fat i. Tr.)
  • 50 g lean cooked ham
  • 250 g Skimmed-milk yogurt
40 minutes
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Then drain and let cool.
Clean and wash the salads and pluck them into bite-sized pieces. Clean and wash the chicory. Peel off some leaves, cut the rest into strips. Possibly. Wash the untreated orange and rub the peel. Peel all oranges, removing the white skin as well. Cut out the fruit fillets between the separating membranes, collecting the juice in the process
Remove the rind from the cheese. Cut the ham and cheese into strips. Mix the yoghurt, orange juice and, if necessary, the peel, season to taste. Mix the prepared salad ingredients and sauce, if necessary let it steep for a short time
