Colorful pasta plate

For 4 people
  • 250 g Sweet peas
  • 400 g colorful loop noodles
  • Salt
  • 50 g smoked streaky bacon
  • 250 g Oyster mushrooms
  • white pepper
  • 1/4 l clear broth (instant)
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 2-3 EL dark sauce binder
  • 1 / 2 Bunch Parsley

Wash and clean the sugar peas. Put pasta in boiling salted water and cook for 10-12 minutes. Cook the sugar peas for about 8 minutes. Cut the bacon into pieces and fry them in a pan until crispy.
Add oyster mushrooms and fry them. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with the stock and cream. Scatter sauce thickener while stirring and season to taste again. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce.
Arrange everything on a plate. Wash the parsley, pat dry, chop finely and sprinkle over it.
