Colorful party meatballs

For 6 people
  • 2 rolls from the previous day
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 kg mixed minced meat
  • 2 small eggs
  • Salt

  • 1/2 medium-sized banana
  • 1 EL desiccated coconut
  • 2 Knife tips of chili powder or cayenne pepper
  • 4 Apricot halves (can)
  • 1-2 TL pickled green pepper
  • 2 EL Celery and carrot strips (glass)
  • 2 EL Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 TL Curry
  • 5 EL Oil for frying
45 minutes
Rolls in cold Soak water. Peel onion and chop finely. Knead the minced meat, well-squeezed bun, onions and eggs into a dough. Season well with salt and pepper.
Cut the dough into thirds. Dice the banana. Knead the banana cubes, desiccated coconut and chili powder under the first portion. Dice the apricots. Knead the apricots, crushed peppercorns and curry under the second portion.
Knead the drained vegetables and sunflower seeds into the last portion. Shape the minced dough into 6 small meatballs with moistened hands. Heat the fat, fry the meatballs in it for 5-6 minutes on each side until crispy and brown.
You may want to leave a little bit of all the ingredients to garnish.
